The Casterline Associates Advisor will be published twice a month, and will be available in two different formats:

1. Via e-mail to any e-mail address that you choose.  The e-mail will be in Adobe Acrobrat PDF file format.  The Adobe Acrobat reader may be downloaded from Adobe for free (visit www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html).  This PDF format is the same format used for HUD for federal registers, notices, guidbooks and the like, so you probably already have it installed on your computer.
2. Or, via fax to any number that you specify.

What Your Subscription Includes:

• We will screen the federal register, PIH Notices, REAC and GASB releases for the month, and provide you with a brief summary of each item affecting PHA accounting, GAAP accounting, budgeting, reporting and financial management.  This year and next will also be providing tips, with each issue, on implementing project based accounting.  Links will be included for you to immediately locate the original notice or register.
• With each issue, you will receive articles providing interpretation of new rules and regulations, benefits to your PHA, how to most easily comply, and other pointers.
• As always, we will do our best to provide you with ideas to pay for your subscription many times over.

Delivered to your email or fax mach twice each month!

In order to expand our newsletter to this twice monthly service, without doubling the cost, we will no longer provide printed copies of the advisor.  However, the e-mail or fax delivery options will provide you with a faster means of obtaining the information that you need to make your life more manageable and to do your job the best that you can.
