Qualifications: Darlene was the Assistant Executive Director and Finance Director of a Housing Development Corporation as well as a regional Housing Authority for 14 years before joining Casterline Associates.  In this capacity she gained extensive experience in the financial management of the Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing programs, and PHA non-profit affiliates.  Prior to working for the Development Corporation and Housing Authority she served in the Finance Department of a private sector firm.  She has an extensive background in accounting and financial management with specific experience in monthly and year end closings,  budgets, and the reconstruction of client’s general ledgers.  Darlene has a Bachelors Degree from DeltaStateUniversity.
